Instructions on withdrawal

1/ Right of withdrawal / Agreement Service order cancellation

If you are a consumer according to the law, You have the right to withdraw from a service order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day 1 from the conclusion of the service order with Asendia.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or online on our website). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that the withdrawal period shall expire by anticipation if the services ordered have been completed upon your request before we received your withdrawal from the service order.

2/ Effects of withdrawal

Principle:

If you withdraw from a service order, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you for such service order (subject to the exceptions described below), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this service order. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exceptions:

As the Agreement concerns the provision of services, if you requested the performance of services to begin, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this service order, in comparison with the full coverage of the service order.

Your request to begin the performance of this service order is unequivocal when you have paid for the services ordered and you have chosen not to wait for the end of the withdrawal period of 14 days to physically hand over your Consignment (package containing one or more items sent to the same consignee/recipient, pursuant to the same service order) to us, either directly or via a third party of your choice, in view of the transport and delivery of such Consignment.

If you use this option, please send it to us via (e-mail) or contact us via Live Chat for further instructions. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
