Surcharges & How to Dispute Them

Carriers may apply a surcharge if the actual weight or dimensions of your parcel differ from what was declared at booking, or if the item requires special handling. These checks are completed during the carrier’s sorting process.

If you believe a surcharge has been applied in error, you can raise a surcharge dispute.
