Carriers may apply a surcharge if the actual weight or dimensions of your parcel differ from what was declared at booking, or if the item requires special handling. These checks are completed during the carrier’s sorting process.
If you believe a surcharge has been applied in error, you can raise a surcharge dispute.
To dispute a surcharge, you must provide evidence that your original measurements were correct. Please email:
Include:
Your parcel reference number
The weight and dimensions you originally declared
A photo of the parcel showing:
A clear tape measure displaying all dimensions
The original shipping label visibly attached
Any extra supporting documents (optional)
Our team will review your evidence and work with the carrier to investigate. We’ll update you as soon as the carrier provides a decision.
