Disputing an Underpayment Charge 

If you believe an underpayment charge has been applied to your shipment in error, please email us at concerns@asendia.com with the details of your parcel. Be sure to include the original measurements and weight you declared, along with any supporting evidence (such as photos, invoices, or documentation). 

Our team will review your information and work with the carrier to investigate the charge. We’ll be in touch as soon as we have an update from the investigation.
